Four Locals Star in Recent Camp Shakespeare Performances

Four La Grange students, pictured below, were part of the first session of Camp Shakespeare. They performed “Love’s Labour’s Lost” in Gonzales on Friday in La Grange on Saturday and finally in Winedale at the Theatre Barn Sunday. Camp Shakespeare is a two-week University of Texas residential summer camp for young people, ages 11-16, dedicated to exploring Shakespeare through performance. It was founded by James “Doc” Ayres, and is in it’s 26th year.
