Hazel Gail Sprouse, 5 months of age, of La Grange, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2022 at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston after a hard battle with Epidermolysis Bullosa.

Hazel was born to Travis Sprouse and Alexis Rogers on Sept. 9, 2021 joining her sister, Paisley. While her time on earth was short, she loved deeply and brought joy to everyone around her.

She is survived and loved by her parents, Travis and Alexis; sister, Paisley; nana and papa, Tracy and Richard and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
