Funeral services for Adele Schulze, 89 of Serbin, are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Serbin with Rev. John Schmidt officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022 from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. and on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022 from 7 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings. The family will be present for visitation Sunday evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Adele passed away early in the morning on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021 at her home.

She is survived by her husband, Elmo Schulze of Serbin; son, Daryl Schulze and wife Patricia of Serbin; daughters, Diann Pietsch and husband Dennis of Giddings and Lynette Wiederhold and husband Kenneth of Serbin; her grandchildren include: Jan Wiederhold of Houston, Ryan Pietsch of Frisco, Troy Wiederhold and wife Chelsea of Serbin, Zachary Pietsch of Frisco, Amber Baas and husband Andrew of Atlanta, Ga. and Eric Schulze of Serbin; great-grandchildren include: Levi Wiederhold and Travis Wiederhold of Serbin.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings.
