Peggy Sue (Brannan) Rodgers, 60, of Ledbetter passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020.
Peggy was born in Big Springs on Sept. 13, 1959, the daughter of Claudie and Dorothy (Buchanan) Brannan. She married Mark Rodgers on June 27, 1981 in Leakey, Texas.
Peggy never knew a stranger. She loved animals. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her husband, Mark, of 38 years; sister, Teresa Boatright and husband, Floyd Boatright, Sr., of Colorado; brother, Claudie Brannan, Jr. and wife, Debbie, of League City; brother, Clay Brannan and wife, Barbara, of Lake Jackson; sister, Mendy Smith and husband, Weldon, of Freeport; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at Koenig-Belvill Funeral Home & Cremations.
A graveside service will be held at Waldeck Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2020.
