Przyborski
Evelyn Elizabeth Przyborski, 98, passed away peacefully, at her daughter’s home, on Sunday, July 11, 2021.
Evelyn was born on Dec. 28, 1922 in Plum, and was the second of nine children born to the late Ignac and Annie (Vaclavik) Ermis. She married Charles Przyborski on May 17, 1958 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Plum.

In 1945, she got a job at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company as a telephone operator and was there for 19 years prior to becoming a stay at home mom. She was an avid gardener who loved visiting with neighbors as she worked in her yard. Evelyn also loved listening to her polka music and dancing. She will be remembered for her infectious smile, the love for her family and God.
Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Patricia Kurtz and husband Michael of Stafford; three sisters: Lillian Machala, Agnes Weikel and husband Elmer, and Loretta Brugger, all of La Grange; one brother: Basil Ermis of West Point; and many nieces and nephews.
