Matthew H. Byron Philips, 20, of Manor, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020.
Matthew was born in Austin on May 9, 2000, the son of Kelly Garvin and Tammie Philips.
Matthew graduated from Richarte High School and was Valedictorian of his class. He was a student at Texas State University in San Marcos and on the Dean’s List at the university.
