Paul Ray Brooks, 70, of La Grange, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020, at St. David’s Medical Center in Austin.
Paul was born in Jackson, Miss. on March 11, 1950, the son of Jimmie “JC” Cecil Brooks and Bertie “Janie” (Jordan) Brooks. As a young boy, Paul was baptized at First Baptist Church in Raleigh, Miss.
