Otto
Linda Jean Harris Otto, 68, of Odessa (formally from La Grange, Texas) passed away on May 22, 2021 at her home in Odessa after a short fight with cancer.
Linda was born on Oct. 28, 1952 to Kenneth and Hazel Lee Harris in San Angelo. Linda married John Kirkham on Nov. 18, 1969 and they shared a beautiful daughter. However, she married the love of her life, Ronney Light Otto, on March 29, 1986 in Wichita Falls. Ronney had two beautiful daughters that Linda thought of as her own.
If you knew Linda, you knew that she was always the life of the party. She loved the ocean and she loved to travel. Making memories with her family was the most important thing to her. She loved spending summers with her grandchildren over the years and loved spending time with her all of her great grandbabies. They all loved their Nannie. She never met a stranger either and loved everyone she came in contact with. If you needed something, she would make sure you had it. She had a heart of gold.
She is survived by her spouse, Ronney Light Otto of Odessa; three daughters, Tracey Calvert and husband Lee of Odessa; Ya-Landa Laughlin and husband Allen of Dayton, YaVonne Ramber and husband JW of Huntsville; eight grandchildren, Haylee Wilkerson and husband Cory, Chase Calvert and wife Brianna, Alexi Robinson and significant other Chris, Alli Robinson and fiancée Bailey, Tristan Doyle, Faith and Will Leach, and Blaine Bills; five great grandbabies, Hayden and Cooper Wilkerson, Charley and Cohen Calvert, and Haven Welty; sister, Nikki Keele, two nephews, Micheal Kirkham and wife Patty, and Matt Kirkham and wife Amy; niece, Heather Knight and her son Dewayne and daughter Deanna and husband Nathan.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Hazel Lee and Kenneth Ralph Harris; one sister, Kenrietta “Jo Baby” Martin; brother-in-law, Eddie Keele and her in-laws, Mildred And Marvin Otto.
