Tom Hudson was born into a loving home in Lyons, Kansas to Herman and Shirley Hudson on Sept. 20, 1960. After school Tom became a much in demand finish carpenter. He married Robin Hall who was the love of his life on Jan. 29, 1983. In 1991, Tom and Robin moved to Bastrop and opened their first Subway. In 2005 they moved to a farm in Smithville.
