Hubbard

Henry Hubbard Sr., 74, of Fayetteville passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at St. David’s Medical Center in Austin.

Henry was born Dec. 20, 1945 to Willie and Jennie Lee (White) Hubbard in Bartllett. He married Dorothy (Holmes) Hubbard on Jan. 3, 1968 in La Grange. He was a deacon at Cedar of Lebanon Church of God in Christ in Fayetteville. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Sr.CPO E-8 in the Vietnam/Korean War.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Hubbard of Fayetteville; sons, Henry and wife Charlotte Hubbard, Jr. of Killeen and Willie and wife Keyendra Hubbard of Abilene; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Sunday, May 24, 2020 from 12 to 6 p.m. and Monday, May 25, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Tommy E. Taylor Funeral Home in La Grange.

Due to the current public health concerns, funeral services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
