Fowler

Patsy (Wren) Fowler, 78, of La Grange, passed away on Monday, Feb. 7, 2022.

Patsy was born in Houston on April 19, 1943, the daughter of George B. Wren and Susie Beatrice (Fox) Wren She married Guy Brian Fowler on March 17, 1966 in Houston.

Patsy worked as a Retail Manager throughout her career. She was active in many organizations which included Fayette County Extension Homemakers and on the Houston Livestock Show School Art Committee.

She is survived by her husband, Brian Fowler, of 55 years; son, Jason Fowler of La Grange; daughter, Amanda Hunger and husband, Shawn, of Fayetteville; four grandchildren: Madison and Emilie Fowler and Jordyn and Cullen Hunger.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Gwen Keller; and grandson, Owen Fowler.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022 from 1 to 7 p.m. at Koenig-Belvill Funeral Home & Cremations. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 110 W. Walnut St., La Grange, at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022. Burial will follow at the La Grange City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter, AMEN Food Pantry or to a charity of one’s choice.
