Patricia “Pat” Steele Fluitt, formerly of Wanette, Okla., completed her earthly journey on Dec. 9, 2020 in Longview Texas. Pat was born Feb. 26, 1934, the only child of Elmer Duke and Carolyn Hand Steele in Refugio. She lived in Oklahoma and Texas throughout her life.
