Easley

Funeral services for Sadie Easley, 88 of Carmine, were held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2022 at Greenvine Baptist Church in Greenvine with Pastor Jack Faulkner officiating. Burial followed at the Solid Rock Ranch Cemetery in Carmine.

Sadie Joyce, a true women of God, a legacy of love, an amazing Momma, a wonderful wife, who lived each day deeply committed to the love of her life, her husband, Rob. She was a second mom to many, a precious grandma, a sweet aunt, and a genuine friend. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert “Tiger” A. Easley III.

Sadie is survived by her husband, Robert A. Easley Jr. of Carmine; her daughter, Rebecca Suzanne Easley of San Antonio; one sister-in-law, Marie Elizabeth Easley of Houston; her adopted daughters, Phyllis Stegen of Carmine and Michelle Marsala of Rochester, NY; three grandchildren; one great grandson; and many special friends.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home Giddings.
