Charlene Louise (Gully) Dvorak, 83, of Frelsburg, passed away on June 4, 2021 in Columbus.

She was born on Sept. 14, 1937 to Emil Gully, Sr. and Celestine (Hilgen) Gully in Frelsburg. On Oct. 5, 1954 she married Victor Dvorak, Sr.

Charlene was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, crocheting, sewing and canning.

She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Frelsburg and was an active member of the St. Ann Altar Society.

Charlene is survived by her daughters, Beatrice Polasek and husband Donald and Patricia Brune; sons, DeWayne R. Dvorak and wife Adeline and Victor V. Dvorak, Jr. and wife Gail; brothers, Emil Gully, Jr. and Darrell Gully and wife Jo Marie; sister-in-law, Evyline Zapalac; brothers-in-law, Wilbert A. Dvorak and Jerome Dvorak and wife Barbara; grandchildren, Paula Polasek and fiancé Chris Dybala, Brian Polasek, Richard Polasek and wife Candice, Andrea Polasek, Daniel Dvorak and wife Jessica, Kevin Dvorak, Sarah Dvorak, David Dvorak and wife Jessica, Father James Dvorak, Brittany Bell and husband Cody and Preston Brune; great-grandchildren, Briana Dybala, Skyla Dybala, Sophia Dvorak, Eleanor Dvorak, Allison Dvorak, Olivia Dvorak and Hadlee Bell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Emil Gully, Sr. and Celestine Gully; husband, Victor Dvorak, Sr.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 7, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Henneke Funeral Home in Columbus and at church on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Parish Prayer Service and Rosary was held on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 7 p.m. at Henneke Funeral Home in Columbus. St. Ann Altar Society Rosary was held on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. at church.

Funeral service was Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Frelsburg with Father James Dvorak and Father Michael Lyons officiating.

Burial took place in Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery in Frelsburg.

Pallbearers were Brian Polasek, Richard Polasek, Daniel Dvorak, Kevin Dvorak, David Dvorak and Preston Brune. Honorary pallbearers were Chris Dybala and Cody Bell.
