James Gary Dorsett, known to family and friends as Gary, passed away onApril 25, 2026, in Fayetteville at the age of 83.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Koenig-Belvill Funeral Home & Cremations of La Grange from 12-2 p.m. with the family present at this time to receive friends. A chapel service will follow at 2 p.m. with military honors. A private inurnment will be held at a later date at the Fayetteville Brethren Cemetery.
