Lollie Dittmar, of Round Top, was born on April 22, 1921 in Winedale to Otto Ullrich, Sr. and Johanna Klatt Ullrich.
She passed away on Aug. 12, 2021 in La Grange at the age of 100.
Lollie loved fishing, dancing, gambling and traveling. She always had a huge garden and worked very hard on the farm and in the family owned restaurant, The Oaks. She was an active member at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Warrenton and the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by one son, Larry Tiedt of Tomball; one daughter, Becky Kunkel (Ronnie) of Round Top; grandchildren, Diana Veit (Ken), James Tiedt (Carol), Gary Tiedt (Robin), Dayna Melton (Jeff), Lorenz Tiedt (Vicki), Karl Tiedt (Jessica), Ricky Kunkel (Kim), Michael Kunkel and Cindy Kunkel along with 11 great grandchildren and four great-great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lorenz Tiedt and husband Olin Dittmar; son Everett Tiedt; daughters, Doris Glenn and Marilyn Tiedt (infant); three brothers, Hugo Ullrich, Kinley Ullrich and Otto Ullrich, Jr.; one daughter-in-law, Lucille Tiedt.
Visitation was held Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange.
Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, Aug. 16, 2021 at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Warrenton with interment to follow at the Florida Chapel Cemetery in Round Top.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fayette Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory in La Grange.
