Joe Franklin Baker, 74, of Ellinger, passed away on Aug. 3, 2020 in Hallettsville.
He was born Feb. 11, 1946 to James Franklin Baker and Luola Jerlene (Kerr) Baker in Schulenburg.
Joe loved horses and being a cowboy, playing dominoes and listening to good old country music, and most of all he enjoyed giving everyone a hard time.
