The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office invites everyone out to their 11th annual sporting clay shoot and banquet for the Fayette County Sheriff’s Memorial and Benevolent Society on Aug. 20. Crocodile Encounter Comes to the Library

Above, Leonard Brown from Crocodile Encounter in Angleton gave a presentation at the La Grange Public Library on Wednesday, June 15. During this event, he showcased and taught about a variety of different reptilians from around the world, including snakes, turtles and lizards. Baker Named to University of Alabama Presidents List

Ann Baker of Round Top was named to The University of Alabama Presidents List for Spring Semester 2022. A total of 11,224 students enrolled during Spring Semester 2022 at The University of Alabama were named to the dean’s list with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the president’s list with an academic record of 4.0 (all A’s).
