Shared Lutheran Ministry to Welcome New Vicar Aug. 23

The Shared Lutheran Ministry will welcome the new Vicar, Cole McGlynn, on Sunday, Aug. 23, with the parking lot worship service at 9 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Warrenton. Vicar Cole and his wife, Amanda, join the SLM from North Carolina.

Museum Open

The Fayetteville Museum is open on the west side of the Fayetteville square on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Bike Ride Rescheduled

The Fayetteville Good Old Summertime Classic Bicycle Ride has been rescheduled for Sunday, Nov. 15. Raffle tickets are being sold for two red Tommasini bicycles to be given away that day. One of the bicycles can be seen at Joe’s Place in Fayetteville, and tickets may be purchased: five for $20. All the proceeds from this ride and raffle will be donated to the Fayetteville ISD.
