Round Top-Carmine Seniors Graduate Friday at Festival Hill
The 2020 graduation ceremony is set to take place outdoors (weather permitting) at Round Top Festival Institute Friday at 7 p.m. Several guidelines have been put into place in order to make this event as safe as possible for the graduates and their families.
