LG Drive-In Movie Nights Begin Friday

La Grange Main Street is changing with the times and taking a different spin on Movie Nights on the Square. They have updated their plans to the Fayette County Fairgrounds for a Drive-In movie experience. Yes, you read that right. Drive-In movies in Fayette County are here. There is a $5 fee per car and reservations are required as there are only 100 spots available. The movie Friday, June 5 is Moana.

The second Drive-In Movie Night at the Fairgrounds will be held on Friday, June 19th with the presentation of Blue Hawaii featuring Elvis Presley. Gates will open at 7 p.m. and the movie will start promptly at 8:30 p.m. La Grange Main Street has partnered with The Back Porch BBQ to offer on-site BBQ dinner boxes and snack boxes. These meal boxes must be pre-ordered through the website as there will be limited on-site sales. But drinks will be available to purchase on-site.

Additional Drive-In Movie Nights at the Fairgrounds will be held on July 10 with the showing of Frozen II. La Grange Main Street is able to offer these one of a kind movie experiences due to the generous support of the Rotary Club of La Grange, La Grange Economic Development Corporation, Colorado Valley Communications, CrossPoint Community Church, and The Fayette County Record .
