Leps Cross Country Wins Team Titles in SHS Meet

The La Grange Cross County varsity teams ran in their first meet Thursday in Schulenburg and both teams won their division. In Girls Varsity, Ellee Sodolak was the winner of the race, followed by Alyssa DelaRosa (2nd place), Eleanor Rohan (3rd place), Julia Aymond (4th place), Danyelle McIntyre (8th place), Brisa Angel (10th place), Abby DelaRosa (11th place), and Kylee Kelley (13th place).

In Boys Varsity, Josh Amick finished 2nd in the race, followed by Gage Mihatsch (4th place), Angel Hernandez (6th place), Brody Abbey (7th place), Daniel Perales (8th place), Cody Krupala (9th place), and Jereld Brothers (10th place). Honorable mention goes to Emma Ehler and John Pineiro who each finished one spot out of the medals in 16th place.

The next meet is in Brenham on Sept. 11 starting at 5 p.m.
