Grand Jury Hands Down 12 Indictments

The Fayette County Grand Jury was back in session last month after a two-month hiatus due to coronavirus precautions. The grand jury handed down the following 12 indictments on May 14:

Donald Ray Griffin for driving while intoxicated, third or more, allegedly committed on Feb. 2, 2020.

Robin Deniese Fitchett for possession of a controlled substance, penalty grade one, less than one gram, allegedly committed on March 7, 2019.

Juan Samuel Munoz for possession of marijuana greater than five lbs. But less than or equal to 50 lbs., allegedly committed on Aug. 7, 2019.

Aaron Nathanael Guerrero for possession of a controlled substance, penalty grade one, less than one gram, allegedly committed on May 18, 2019.

David Paul Little for tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair, allegedly committed on Oct. 16, 2019

Frank Hernandez for assaulting a family/household member with previous conviction, allegedly committed on March 4, 2020.

Rene Hernandez Mar-tinez for assault of a family member by intentionally or recklessly impeding breath or circulation with previous conviction, allegedly committed on March 4, 2020.

Colby James Shelton for possession of a controlled substance, penalty grade one, less than one gram, allegedly committed on May 15, 2019.

William Christopher Stewart for tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, allegedly committed on April 16, 2020.

Sergio Vasquez for tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, allegedly committed on Dec. 7, 2019.

Jorge Enriquez for possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility (alcohol, drugs, phone or tobacco), allegedly committed on July 23, 2019.

Dylan David Nelson for murder, allegedly committed on July 6, 2017.
