Fayetteville Community Center Announces $20,000 Donation from Project Architect
The Fayetteville Community Center and Performance Theater has received a generous $20,000 donation from BBAx Architects of Brenham, the architectural firm that designed the renovation of the organization’s recently opened facility on the historic Fayetteville town square.
The contribution reflects the strong partnership between the nonprofit organization and the design team that helped bring the long-anticipated community project to life. Since opening in October 2025, the Center has become an active hub for concerts, wellness classes, cultural events, and civic gatherings serving residents across Fayette County and neighboring rural communities.
Executive Director Dr. Crystal Blue Gully said the gift demonstrates a shared commitment to the long-term success of the facility and its mission.
“We are deeply grateful for this generous support and for the thoughtful design leadership provided by BBAx Architects. Their work created a welcoming, flexible space that truly serves our community. This donation reflects their belief in what this Center represents for Fayetteville’s future.”
The renovation project transformed a historic town square property into a functional multi-purpose venue while preserving the character of the building and enhancing accessibility and usability for public programming.

The Fayetteville Community Center & Performance Theater continues to advance plans for expanded programming and future development, including completion of a 150-seat performance theater in a later phase of the project.
