Fayetteville Bike Ride Rescheduled
Bike Ride Rescheduled
The Fayetteville Good Old Summertime Classic Bicycle Ride has been rescheduled for Sunday, Nov. 15. Raffle tickets are being sold for two red Tommasini bicycles to be given away that day. One of the bicycles can be seen at Joe’s Place in Fayetteville, and tickets may be purchased: five for $20. All the proceeds from this ride and raffle will be donated to the Fayetteville ISD. Mobile Food Truck
The Austin Mobile Food truck will be at the Recreation Hall parking lot of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Friday, Aug. 7 from 10-11 a.m. for a drive thru distribution.
SLM Worship
Sunday, Aug. 9, will be Vicar Jonathan’s last Sunday with the congregations of the Shared Lutheran Ministry. The service will be outdoors in the parking lot of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Warrenton, beginning at 9 a.m.
You may also give your farewell to Vicar and Mrs. Jonathan Mollenkopf at the St. John Lutheran Church parking lot in Rutersville from 10:30-11:15 a.m. that morning or via Zoom from 11:15 a.m. to noon.
On Sunday, August 23, we will welcome the new Vicar for Shared Lutheran Ministry, Vicar Cole, at a parking lot worship in Warrenton at 9 a.m.
Other scheduled parking lot worships include Sept. 6 and 20.
Worship is also broadcast on KTIM, 89.1 at noon on Sundays, or you may join on Facebook or watch on YouTube.
Rosary Anniversary
The rosary will be prayed on Friday, Aug. 14, at 6 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Ellinger, commemorating the 32nd anniversary of praying the rosary as a group at St. Mary’s.
