Fayettevile Museum to Re-Open

The Fayetteville Heritage Museum will reopen to the public on Saturday, May 23, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

First Communion Correction

The second grade Faith Formation students of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church will receive the Sacrament of First Eucharist on Saturday, May 30 at the 6 p.m. Mass at St. John Church instead of Sunday, May 31 as previously reported in the Friday, May 15 issue of the Fayette County Record. This is according to the St. John Church bulletin.

Parking Lot Worship

The Shared Lutheran Ministry will have parking lot worship service on Sunday, May 24 at St. John’s Lutheran Church parking lot in Warrenton starting at 10 a.m. Those attending will stay in their cars and listen to services via the car radio.

Services are also planned for Sunday, May 31 in the same manner.

Altar Society to Meet

The St. John Altar Society will plan to meet on Tuesday, June 2 at 2 p.m. at the St. John Recreation Hall.

High School Graduation

Graduation for the Fayetteville I.S.D. seniors is planned for Friday, May 29 at 8 p.m. Immediate family of four members per student are allowed to attend, but the public can watch live on the school’s Facebook page.

CDA to Meet

The Catholic Daughters of America, are planning to meet on Thursday, May 28 at 6:30 p.m. at the St. John Catholic Recreation Hall for a meeting and a potluck dinner.
