Fair Seeks Royalty Contestants

Attention young ladies residing in Fayette County entering grades 9-12 for the 2020-21 school year, the Fayette County Fair Association is seeking 10 ambitious, outgoing individuals who would like to vie for 2020 Fayette County Fair Queen and compete for academic scholarships, prizes and share memories of a lifetime.

Recruitment is open. Packets will be available June 6 at FayetteCountyFair.org or can be emailed to you. Get together with a nonprofit or school organization to sponsor you (we can assist with sponsorship if you need), hit the ticket trail and lets make the 2020 Fayette County Fair something special. Here is a way to make a difference in your community. Completed applications for the queens is June 19 at 4 p.m.

Little Mister and Miss contestants will be sought beginning July 15, those contestants are ages 5-7 as of 9/1/20. These guys will represent our county throughout the year at parades and other public events. Application packet for the Littles will be posted to our website, FayetteCountyFair.org.

All completed packets and photos will to be turned in electronically. The fair association has adopted a Covid-19 Preparedness and Readiness Plan for the contestants which explains extra precautions being taken to keep our youth and fair goers safe.
