Driver Uninjured

Amazingly the driver of this pickup was not injured Tuesday afternoon after he flipped on Old Plum Highway. According to trooper Louis Gabler, the driver said he swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway, but after conducting a field sobriety test, the driver was taken into custody for testing because Gabler said he believed alcohol did play a role in the accident.
