A Plantersville man took a trip to jail after wrecking his car and nearly crashing into a house in Schulenburg Saturday night, July 4. According to a report from Schulenburg Police Chief Troy Brenek, 25-year-old Dalton Slatter of Plantersville was driving south on FM 2672 in a 2019 Acura MDX.
