Bike Safety Program With a Little Added Fun

Children at St. James Episcopal Preschool and First Light Campus in La Grange are on a roll with their school year as they enjoyed a bicycle safety lesson followed by a “carwash” on their own wheels. Preschool parents Philip and Kristie Graf created and presented this fun and informative activity at both campuses, and invited children to bring their own bikes or ride-on toys and safety gear. The children learned valuable lessons about safety, signals, and taking turns. St. James Preschool appreciates the Grafs for sharing their creativity, and is always open to volunteers who have a special interest to share with young children.
