Because of the coronavirus precautions, La Grange Main Street has changed it’s summer Movie Nights on the Square to drive-inn movies at the Fayette County Fairgrounds. Last Friday was the first movie night and about 90 cars came out to watch the animated movie “Moana.” Back Porch BBQ provided the concession stand and Citizens on Patrol helped with parking. There are two more movie nights this summer, Friday June 19 is the Elvis Presley movie “Blue Hawaii.” Parking reservations are required for $5 per car and you can also preorder food. The movie “Frozen II” is set for Friday, July 10. For more information or to make reservations visit www.VisitLaGrangeTX.com or call (979) 968-3017.
