Why Are You Afraid?
To the Editor:
Do you know the quickest way to control a population? Fear. Exactly what our government has done to Americans for the last almost two years with Covid. What’s sad is that many Americans believed what the government told them without question. Every situation has two sides.
Why did we never hear from any medical professionals with a different point of view? The odds of every medical professional on the planet agreeing with Fauci, the CDC, and WHO are astronomical. If those of you who took everything Fauci, and his band of merry men said had taken a little time to do your own research you would have found there were other doctors and experts who absolutely disagreed with what these people were promoting. Problem was this group along with their mainstream media cohorts didn’t allow the whole picture to be shown. Doctors were fired from their jobs for disagreeing with the propaganda. Anyone who disagreed was ostracized. Physicians and experts came out and said masks were completely ineffective. But you didn’t hear that from the main stream media, the political propaganda machine of the democratic party. No opposing opinions and information were allowed. Shameful.
Anyone who went to school should know how viruses are spread and mutate. Question: how long has the flu been around? The first flu vaccine was given out in 1945. Has the flu been eradicated? Absolutely not. It mutates every year. Sometimes with multiple mutations. It’s unlikely the flu will go away anytime soon just like it’s unlikely Covid will be eradicated. There are millions of people who don’t get the flu vaccine. And they either never get the flu or do and survive it. Same applies to Covid. So, the million-dollar question is: if the survival rate of Covid is 98% why the push to get everyone vaccinated? Even mandating it, going so far as to demand every American get it, villainizing those who don’t, businesses refusing to allow customers in without proof of vaccine, businesses forcing employees to get it? Seems way too extreme for a 98% recovery rate virus. It’s already become apparent that many who got the vaccine, got Covid again. It’s interesting that when Covid started we were inundated with information daily about how many had died from Covid; how many recovered, etc. Now, there is no information about how many who got the vaccine got Covid again, how many have died. How many have died from the vaccine? The news reports are vague at best and non-existent at worst saying ICUs and hospitals are full to capacity. OK, but why? What are the numbers? Why isn’t that information being made public?
The hysteria did have a devastating impact on the economy, ruined businesses, deprive millions of Americans of their livelihoods, and created a whole class of society who would rather sit on their backsides and collect unemployment then go back to work. Was that the end game? Destroy the country and force people to live off the government so every aspect of our lives is controlled? The government has become the biggest competition and deterrent to free enterprise and capitalism.
If one feels more comfortable wearing a mask and getting the vaccine, then by all means do so. However, that decision about masks and vaccines starts and ends with them; they do not dictate to me what my decision needs to be. In my opinion, anything rabidly pushed by the government is never a good thing.
Lastly, remember, “fear not” appears in the Bible 365 times.
