Use Money Lobos Found to Help Him

To the Editor:

I am sympathetic with the need for Lobos’ radiation treatments, the high cost of treatment, and the request for donations to help pay for it.

I am curious, however, why some of the funds from the many seizures he facilitated while working as a drug dog cannot be used for his treatment.
