Shared Lutheran Ministry Announces Holy Week Schedule

Maundy Thursday worship will be in Rutersville at 6:30 p.m. and Good Friday worship will be in Ellinger at 2 p.m. Easter services (April 9) will be at all churches, normal time. All are welcome.
Worship services are still offered on Facebook,YouTube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at Noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.
Sunday School will be in Rutersville on Sunday, April 2 at 3 p.m.
Hermann Sons
The Hermann Sons Camp in Comfort is still looking to hire medical staff. Nurses, paramedics, CMTs and CNAs are needed. Benefits include flexible schedule (1-6 weeks), competitive salary, free camper tuition and free private room and board. If interested, contact Ian at (830) 995-3223.
Ellinger VFD
The Ellinger Volunteer Fire Department has started selling raffle tickets, $20 each and only 1,200 tickets sold. The fundraiser is on April 30 (Note: corrected date) at the chamber hall and the drawing will be that day, presence not necessary to win. 21 prizes are on the ticket and all proceeds will go towards the purchase of the new equipment.
Chamber of Commerce Ellinger Chamber will host Bingo on Saturday, April 15. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and the kitchen opens at 5 p.m. Bingo starts at 6 p.m.
Brethren Church
Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Face book page.
LGISD
There will be an early release on March 31 at 1 p.m.
