Movie Nights

The Round Top Lions Club’s Free Friday Outdoor Movies on Henkel Square continues this week with Sonic the Hedgehog. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the movie with your family. The movies begin at 8:45 p.m. No outside alcohol is allowed. Please maintain social distancing between groups.

RT-C School News

Round Top-Carmine ISD will be hosting training days for all distance learning participants. Training for elementaryaged students will be on Friday, Aug. 14, and on Monday, Aug. 17, for high school-aged students. Grades 4 through 6 and 10 through 12 will return to the classrooms on Monday, Aug. 24. Pre-K through grade 3 and grades 7 through 9 will return on Tuesday, August 25. Buses will not run these days. All students will return on Wednesday, Aug. 26, and the buses are planned to begin running this day as well. Bethlehem Lutheran Church

Bethlehem Lutheran Church services with Pastor John David Nedbalek are held on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Social distancing is in place and extra safety precautions are being taken.

Round Top Christian Fellowship church services have been moved to 9 a.m. and are being held outside under the covered pavilion. This is an effort not to be in a closed space during the pandemic. Family Library

The Round Top Family Library’s current hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Thursday from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. and closed on Saturday and Sundays.
