    Round Top Rifle Hall Resumes Burger Nights

The Round Top Rifle Hall Monday Night Burgers have resumed. There will be halfcapacity seating indoors downstairs, and the full outdoor pavilion will be available with social distancing rules in effect. All meals will be served in to-go containers.

Chamber of Commerce

The Round Top Chamber of Commerce has monthly meetings on the second Thursday of each month beginning at 9 a.m. If you are unable to attend the meetings, the agenda and minutes will be posted on the Chamber’s website at roundtopchamber.com, under the “Membership” tab.

Family Library

The Round Top Family Library would like to thank everyone for a successful fundraiser this past weekend.

Bethlehem Lutheran Church services with Pastor John David Nedbalek are held on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Holy Communion is being celebrated once again using individual, prepackaged units.

Round Top Christian Fellowship church services have been moved to 9 a.m. and are being held outside under the covered pavilion. This is an effort not to be in a closed space during the pandemic. Festival Hill

Festival Hill is planning on featuring the Houston Brass Band on Saturday, Oct. 17, at 3 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this event is still uncertain. Updates will be posted as they become available. For more information, please visit www.festivalhill.org.

Winedale

On Tuesday, Oct. 20, at noon, Bryan McAuley, site manager at San Felipe de Austin State Historic Site, will share a quick overview of the San Felipe project which culminated in the opening of a new visitor center in the spring of 2018. The site shares the stories of Stephen F. Austin and his efforts to recruit settlers to Mexican Texas between 1821 and 1836 and is located at the site of his colony headquarters. Of note, the program will discuss a current outdoor exhibit project that will result in some representative buildings from one of the most significant blocks from the business district of the town.
