Road to Socialism?

To the Editor:

Democrats may be rejoicing that Trump and his supporters are getting, in their view, their “beating” now but they may want to re-evaluate how this will affect them as well. One can see how Marxist Socialism (Communism) governments operate by looking at Gov. Coumo’s “rules” and those of California’s Gov. Newsom’s rules “against” the people.

The Big Tech companies, Facebook, Twitter and Google (Alphabet), now literally have control over speech; shutting down the lines of social communication among friends who express different views from theirs. The Marxist government, next in power to Big Tech, can shut off supplies of food, water, heating and medical to those of all ages if they don’t comply with “government rules” at any level of government from townships to very large cities like New York. For the first time in our history, the President of the United States has been silenced by Big Tech as Big Tech companies warn other communication platform owners to shut down free speech through their social platforms and if they refuse to shut down, Big Tech will shut them down – as they are doing as I write this opinion piece.

I see many of these Marxists Democrats in church on Sundays. I know their “pretensions” at having a Christian heart. It bothers me greatly that they are not aware that they no longer follow the teachings of Christ. They become the “informers” that cause hardship on those who don’t “come under the Party rules.” There is not now nor has there ever been “democracy” in the Democrat Party ideology.

Democrat Marxist followers will believe they will not be touched by the Marxism being practiced now. Foolish belief. You are nothing to them other than your vote and your voices. Be careful with your attitude now because all you do now will be visited on you as well as those you have come to despise for political reasons.

God can only do so much for us. Prayers won’t help after the U.S. Constitution’s liberties have been killed by the Marxists Democrats.

We still have time for our voices to be heard. Follow God’s truth; not propaganda.
