Push Back on Taxes

To the Editor:

In reference to an article in the Fayette County Record on May 19 about appraisal values to make another jump. As a fourth generation resident and tax payer of Fayette County, may I suggest we the people and taxpayers have some pushback to the state, our representatives and senators? We the people are going to have to contact them and see if they like their job.

It is simple, you keep raising our taxes and we will try and find you a new job at the next election. We need to follow up when it comes to the next election. We need to put together an organization to expose which officials voted for the increases.
