Let’s Talk More About Local Issues

To the Editor:

Don’t mean to be crass but the people who enjoy pontificating about federal and national politics, in my humble opinion, would be more productive to direct their political prowess to local Fayette County. We vote and that’s the best we got. And, on State level a short drive to Austin and get your voice heard is not a complicated task. Traversing through bad drivers would be the hardest issue.

Anyway, as far as I know, Fayette County is super Red and we are tough and smart and no amount of criticizing the Republican Party will change my mind, or that of my friends and colleagues.

The best opinion by far would have to be “Tax Max” I should have framed that article.
