La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of Feb. 5-11.
Accident
On Feb. 5, Officer Jeffrey Archerd was dispatched to the 200 block of N. Horton for an accident.
On Feb. 8, Archerd was dispatched to the 100 block of E Colorado for an auto accident.
On Feb. 10, Officer John Wostarek spoke with a subject in the 100 block of W. Colorado about a traffic accident that occurred.
On Feb. 11, Wostarek was dispatched to the 200 block of E. Travis for an accident.
Animal Complaint
On Feb. 6, Animal control Officer Dean Ahlschlager picked up a dog in the 600 block of E. Upperline and then returned to the owner.
On Feb. 7, Ahlschlager put a calf back in the pasture at 159 east.
Alarm
On Feb. 10, Koehne responded to an alarm in the 100 block of W. Colorado. All secure.
Civil Matter
On Feb. 10, Wostarek was dispatched to the 400 block of N. Jefferson for a civil matter.
On Feb. 11, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 200 block of S. College for a civil matter.
Disturbance
On Feb. 6, Haynie was dispatched to the 1800 block of W. Hwy. 71 Business in regard to a disturbance.
On Feb. 6, Wostarek was dispatched to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business in regard to a disturbance.
Juvenile Complaint
Feb. 6, Officer Justin Koehne was advised by complainant of four juveniles jumping in front of traffic in the 600 block of E. Travis.
Suspicious Person/Vehicle
On Feb. 6, Haynie was dispatched to the 200 block of Ellinger in regard to a suspicious person.
On Feb. 7, Wostarek was dispatched to the 3800 block of North US 77 for a male subject dancing in the road. Officer upon arrival did not locate anyone.
On Feb. 10, Haynie was dispatched to the 1800 block of W. Hwy.71 Business in regard to a suspicious person.
On Feb. 11, Haynie was dispatched to the 1800 block of W. State Hwy 71 Business in regard to a suspicious person.
Terroristic Threat
On Feb. 6, Wostarek was dispatched to the 600 block of N. Franklin in regard to a threat.
Theft
On Feb. 6, Wostarek was dispatched to the 100 block of Northpointe in regard to theft.
On Feb. 7, Haynie was dispatched to the 700 bock of E. Travis in regard to a theft.
On Feb. 9, Officer Thomas Keeney responded to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy 71 Business in response to a theft.
Welfare Check
On Feb. 6, Wostarek was dispatched to the 900 block of E. Guadalupe in regard to a welfare check.
On Feb. 6, Wostarek was dispatched to the 200 block of N. Franklin in regard to a welfare check.
On Feb. 7, Wostarek was dispatched to the 200 block of W. Fannin in regard to a welfare check. Officer spoke with the subject who stated everything was good.
On Feb. 11, Haynie was dispatched to the 800 block of E. Upperline in regard to a welfare check.
Warrant Arrest
On Feb. 10, Wostarek arrested a subject on a felony warrant in the 800 block of E. Travis.
Miscellaneous
On Feb. 6, Wostarek took information concerning identity theft in the 800 block of E. Roitsch.
On Feb. 7, Haynie checked the location in the 400 block of W. Colorado for a city ordinance violation.
On Feb. 7, Haynie was dispatched to the 200 block of S. Ellinger in regard to a 911 hang up. Officer arrested one subject with an outstanding warrant.
On Feb. 7, Wostarek was dispatched to the 800 block of S. Vail in regard to loud music.
