Contrasting Opinions

To the Editor:

I would like to express my thanks to Annette Citzler for her article titled “On Loving the Outcast” in the March 10 issue of The Fayette County Record. It was in sharp contrast to opinion letters that promote fear-mongering and spew hate.

Ms. Citzler’s article expressed such loving thought and knowledge about what some marginalized folks face in their struggles to just exist and be accepted in a world where we all live. Loving, accepting, and protecting our most vulnerable folks in all circumstances should be a priority.
