Apologies All Around After Heated Meeting

To the editor:

For those who were in attendance and/or who listened via Facebook to the meeting presented by Taxpayers for Responsible Schools last Thursday evening, you heard an exchange between Gary Drab and Patsy Parker regarding a comment made by Tina Huenefeld. The beauty of the three of us is that we respect each other even though we do not always agree on subjects concerning LISD issues at LISD board meetings. I apologized to Mrs. Huenefeld after the meeting and we left with no hurt feelings. Mr. Drab reached out to me on Sunday and asked that I forgive him. I told him that I forgave him that night. So, we’re good and God is good.
