Fayetteville Working On Water System Back-Up Generator
“We continue to work on the infrastructure of our city, including roads, water, sewage, and safety,” stated City Councilman Neal Doty. “The procurement phase of a project to install an emergency power generator on our water distribution system should begin soon. This generator would allow for continued operation of the water supply to our city customers in an emergency. We’ve received funds for this project from the American Rescue Plan that we applied for as a city and from funds that were awarded as a result of applications submitted to the county.”
