Hrachovy’s Pageant Legacy Celebrated After Historic Achievement

As Schulenburg celebrates its new royalty, the Schulenburg Festival Scholarship Pageant family is taking a moment to recognize Heaven Hrachovy, who has been part of the pageant since she first stepped onto the stage at age 4.

Over the years, Hrachovy has worn every crown — Little Miss Schulenburg, Young Miss Schulenburg, Junior Miss Schulenburg and now Miss Schulenburg. She is the first person in Schulenburg to accomplish this achievement.

Throughout her years of involvement, Hrachovy represented the community with kindness and confidence while serving as a role model for younger contestants. Her dedication, leadership and love for the Schulenburg Festival Scholarship Pageant have left a lasting impact on the organization and those who have been part of it.

The pageant family expressed appreciation to the Hrachovy family for the memories and countless hours they have devoted to representing Schulenburg and the Schulenburg Festival Association.

“We are so proud of Heaven and can’t wait to see what her future holds,” the pageant family said. “You will all be missed so much. Anytime you have the urge to come fix the float or pull it in a parade, just give us a call.”

By their estimate, Hrachovy rode in more than 100 parades throughout her years representing Schulenburg.

Hrachovy is the daughter of Laddie and Bridget Hrachovy of Schulenburg.
