Fewer traffic accidents are happening on the streets of La Grange, apparently as a result of the coronavirus shutdowns.
La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath told the Record that about 20 to 25 traffic accidents normally happen in La Grange each month. In April, there were only seven, Gilbreath said.
“Fewer people are driving, fewer people are out and about,” he said.
