Kitten and puppy season is here, and the intake is climbing. As of April 7, the total intake for the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter is 369: 226 dogs and 143 cats in need.
As of April 7, the shelter has 93 animals in care: 56 dogs/37 cats. This number includes animals in the facility, in foster care for medical, waiting on available space, or awaiting transport to rescue partner.
