Tastes Like the Holidays

It must be getting close to Christmas because Lukas Bakery will have their first batch of fruitcakes ready next week. Bakery owner Larry Faldyn (center) was putting the finishing touches on these holiday season specialties this week. He is pictured here with his staff, Melissa Baker (left) and Patricia Taylor. Lukas Bakery sells the cakes for $20 a pound. “That’s the price it’s been for the last two years and I decided not to go up this year,” Faldyn said.
