Schulenburg Police Investigating Thefts

Schulenburg Police Chief Troy Brenek reports that officers responded to 98 calls for service during the week of Nov. 21 through Nov. 27.

On Nov. 23, Officer Meagher contacted a complainant on stolen property.

On Nov. 24, Officers Meagher and Vincent located a damaged truck in a field off of I-10 frontage road. Also on that day, Officers Meagher and Vincent responded to a disturbance in the 1100 block of James Ave.

On Nov. 25, Officer Meagher responded to an assault in the 200 block of St. John Road. Also on that day, Sgt. McFadden and Officer Taylor responded to a disturbance to assist another agency on Interstate 10 at mile marker 673.

On Nov. 27, Officer Castilleja was contacted at the police department on stolen property.
