La Grange Police Respond to Incidents Sept. 13-20
La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incident his department responded to during the week of Sept. 13-20.
Animal Complaint
On Sept. 14, Animal Control Officer Leslie Yezakl arrived at the 1200 block of Carroll Lane for two found dogs.
On Sept. 19, Officer Adrian Ortiz was dispatched to the 300 block of Wood Hollow for an animal complaint.
Criminal Mischief
On Sept. 17, Sgt. Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding vandalism of a vehicle.
Civil Matter
On Sept. 14, Officer Jose Garza responded to the 200 block of E. Pearl in reference to a civil matter over ownership of a fence.
On Sept. 16, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 900 block of E. Pearl to speak to a subject regarding a civil matter.
On Sept. 18, Ortiz was dispatched to the 200 block of S. Franklin for a civil matter.
Discharging Firearm
On Sept. 17, Maxwell was dispatched to the 100 block of S. Reynolds in reference to a possible discharge of a firearm.
Disturbance
On Sept. 15, Garza responded to the 500 block of Cindy Lane for a verbal disturbance.
On Sept. 17, Haynie was dispatched to the intersection of E. Colorado and N. Monroe regarding a disturbance. Officer was unable to locate.
On Sept. 18, Maxwell was dispatched to the 700 block of N. Franklin regarding a possible disturbance.
On Sept. 19, Ortiz was dispatched to the 2300 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business regarding a disturbance.
Family Violence
On Sept. 13, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Lafayette regarding family violence.
Loud Noise
On Sept. 16, Maxwell was dispatched to the 1000 block of Sunset Lane for loud noise.
Suspicious Person/Vehicle On Sept. 16, Haynie was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Travis regarding a suspicious person.
On Sept. 19, Garza responded to the 1000 block of N. Jefferson for a suspicious vehicle.
Trespassing
On Sept. 14, Garza responded to the 800 block of s. Reynolds in reference to trespassing.
On Sept. 15, Garza responded to the 1600 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business in reference to a criminal trespass warning.
Theft
On Sept. 19, Ortiz was dispatched to the 300 block of S. Madison regarding a theft.
Traffic hazard
On Sept. 15, Garza responded to the 1200 block of W. Hwy 71 Business in reference to backed up traffic.
On Sept. 19, Garza responded to the 100 block of S. Main in reference to a semi parked on the road. The owner moved the vehicle.
Welfare Check
On Sept. 14, Ortiz was dispatched to the 400 block of E. Travis for a welfare check.
