La Grange Native Moves Back, Starts Medical Practice

Dr. Tim Bolton

Dr. Tim Bolton, D.C. grew up in La Grange and has recently returned to Fayette County to provide chiropractic services in his hometown. His new practice is called Curbside Chiropractic and Wellness, and the unique practice model allows him to make house calls instead of seeing patients in a traditional office setting. With “curbside” service, Dr. Bolton is able to travel to the patient and provide chiropractic care in their home or place of work.

“With a portable treatment table, I am able to turn a living room into a temporary chiropractic office. Because most chiropractic care is hands on, it makes it easy to treat patients in their own home,” Dr. Bolton explains.

He says that his patients have been very appreciative of the home visits, describing the service as convenient and comfortable. There’s even a little nostalgia of a hometown doctor making house calls like they did years ago. “Patients don’t have to get into a car and drive down bumpy roads while their back hurts or as they suffer from an intense headache. I meet them in the comfort of their own home. I also find that I can spend quality time with each patient without the hectic schedule of a typical chiropractic office.”

Because Dr. Bolton is available in the evenings, patients also appreciate that they don’t have to take time off of work to get the chiropractic care that they need.

Dr. Bolton graduated from La Grange High School in 1998. After high school, he went on to graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science. He then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College in 2006.

His practice experience includes treatment of sports injuries, spinal disc management for neck and low back pain, and management of car accident injuries. He has a special interest in nutritional counseling and provides laboratory testing, dietary advice and supplements to improve health “from the inside out.”

Dr. Bolton and his wife Amy have four children and they enjoy being active and adventurous as a family. Together they share a passion for helping others make simple, healthy changes in order to feel their best and live the life they desire.
